What are my shipping options?

We are proud to offer our customers flat rate shipping for all orders. We ship most of our orders via UPS.  Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your shipping after checkout. Additional fees may apply if ordering from outside of CANADA.

Ground Shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. However, orders can take 1-2 business days to process orders depending on our volume of orders received. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Express Shipping

UPS Express and UPS Next Day Saver shipments will arrive the next business day once the order is processed.  THIS IS NOT SAME DAY SHIPPING. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

How will I know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

We have a limited return policy due to the nature of our products because we cannot restock opened/used returned goods, for health & sanitary reasons.  If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then email us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.

Return Procedure

    We urge you to open your package and look at it when you receive it. All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your package, otherwise the sale is FINAL.

    Due to health and safety of our client’s eyes, we can only accept unused items in all of their original packaging. All returned items must be unopened. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your items once a refund is issued. The sender is responsible for all shipping expenses.

    It is our goal to bring you the highest quality eyelash extension at reasonable pricing which are delivered in a timely fashion. If you have any suggestions for us, please email us! We would love to hear your feedback & suggestions.

    Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

      Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

      Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.

      If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return. We will contact UPS to start a damaged investigation. Please email

      Cancelling an Order

      If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
