Shipping & Return Policy

Although we try our very best to process all orders within 1-2 business days, please note that the processing time of your order, the parcel in transit, and or delivery may be delayed. Please note that we are not responsible for delays but we are more than happy to contact the shipping provider on your behalf to help locate your package.

SHIPPING OPTIONS -

We are currently offering shipping rates with Canada Post & FEDEX.  Please note that shipping times with Canada Post take a few more days, so for a faster shipping option, we recommend using FedEx. For more affordable rates, we recommend choosing Canada Post.

Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your shipping rate during checkout.  We provide tracking information for all packages via email. Please make sure you are available in person to receive your package, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. Any high valued orders over $250 require a direct signature. Customers may request a waiver of signature however please note that Lashbox LA Canada is not responsible for any stolen packages upon delivery or damaged items due to weather, such as freezing if a signature is not required.

We are not responsible for missing packages however we will do out best to provide proper information to our shipping provided & help by opening up a missing package investigation. All orders shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped through Canada Post.

 

PROCESSING ORDERS

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. However, orders can take 1-2 business days to process orders depending on our volume of orders received. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 12 business days, depending on your shipping address and chosen method of shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

EXPRESS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING TERMS

FEDEX Express Overnight shipments will arrive the next business day, depending on your location, once the order is processed & picked up by Fedex.  THIS IS NOT SAME DAY SHIPPING. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Lashbox LA Canada processes orders in chronological order. Overnight shipping does not bump your order to be processed immediately.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. 

Transit Time does not begin until your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED PACKAGES -

In the case that a package is refused or unclaimed at the post office and shipped back to LashBox LA Canada, the item will be shipped back once all shipping expenses are paid in full by the customer. No refunds will be issued.

Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to LashBox LA Canada by the carrier will be billed to the customer as well.

Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be shipped back out at the buyer’s expense, once the shipping invoice has been paid. If there are any unauthorized returns sent back and the return shipping fee isn’t paid within 5 business days, the products will be discarded and LBLA Beauty will not be held responsible. 

RETURN POLICY-

LashboxLA Canada does not accept any returns. We have a limited exchange policy due to the nature of our products because we cannot restock opened/used returned goods, for health & sanitary reasons.  If you wish to exchange a product, please review this policy in full and then email us at info@lashboxlacanada.com to discuss the reason you wish to exchange your product.  All items can be exchanged for an alternative item at an equal or lesser value or a store credit. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees.

Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be shipped back out at the buyer’s expense, once the shipping invoice has been paid. If there are any unauthorized returns sent back and the return shipping fee isn’t paid within 5 business days, the products will be discarded and LBLA Beauty will not be held responsible. 

Unauthorized Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products we are unable to accept returns on the following cosmetic products but not limited to, eyelixirs, mascaras, and eyeliners.

RETURN PROCEDURE -

    We urge you to open your package and look at it when you receive it. All returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your package, otherwise the sale is FINAL. Items need to be returned first before the exchange is shipped out.

    It is our goal to bring you the highest quality eyelash extension at reasonable pricing which are delivered in a timely fashion. If you have any suggestions for us, please email us! We would love to hear your feedback & suggestions.

    Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your exchange or store credit, once we receive your returned items. Exchanged items can be sent out with your next order, as long as we receive the items being returned. Kindly email us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. Otherwise customers are responsible for shipping fees.

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES-

    Lash Box LA Canada is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. We will open up a missing package investigation with the carrier provider on your behalf & hopefully they can retrieve the package. We send out tracking information so that you can be available in person to receive all packages. If a claim is closed in your favour, a replacement package will be sent out. Please note that it can take up to 15 days for a missing package investigation to be completed. No refunds will be issued.

      PRODUCT DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM -

      Proof of damage needs to be sent within 3 days of the delivery of your package in order to initiate a damage package investigation. Please email our team at info@lashboxlacanada.com to open up a claim. Please note, that this can take up to 7 business days to process this claim.

      CANCELING AN ORDER 

      If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@lashboxlacanada.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged or shipped cannot be cancelled.
      Please note, to cancel a subscription, we require at least a 30 day notification.

      WHOLESALE ORDERS, TRAINING COURSES & SALE ITEMS -

      Wholesale Orders, as stated on our Wholesale Agreement, are FINAL sale. 

      Training Courses can not be refunded, however we are willing to reschedule the course within 1 YEAR from the course date if a student can not attend.

      Items that are discontinued are also FINAL sale.
