The minimum subscription period is 60 days, and a subscription has to be purchased at least two times prior to canceling. You can put your subscription on hold, too. Simply contact us at info@lashboxlacanada.com to modify your subscription

- Changing the day of the month that your item ships,
- Swapping an item,
- Skipping a month before processing another monthly subscription,
- Adding an additional item,
- Changing the size or quantity of an item,
- Putting your subscription on hold.
Of course! A 30-day cancellation notice is required to cancel your subscription. Simply email us at info@lashboxlacanada.com to cancel your subscription, and we’ll be happy to help.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened items may not be returned. Some unopened items may be exchanged. Please read our return-policy for more details.
The credit/debit card that you use when you place your initial order for the subscription will be charged each month on the date of your order. For example, if your initial order is placed on April 5th, then on the 5th of each month, your card will be charged.
To be eligible for free shipping ensure that when you place your initial order for your subscription, your order ONLY contains the subscription item. If you have any non-subscription products in your shopping cart at that time, your order will not be eligible for free shipping.
