Rest assured that all of our products are shipped within Canada to avoid duty fees. If you're ordering from outside of Canada, additional shipping rates may apply. You can calculate your shipping rate after checkout.

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx within 1–2 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as your package is on the move. We hate delays as much as you do - rest assured, your lash essentials will be on their way to you ASAP.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times within Canada vary by carrier and location. Canada Post usually delivers within 1–7 business days nationwide, with longer times possible for rural or remote areas. FedEx offers faster options, including overnight services for quick delivery. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather or holidays.

International shipping takes longer, depending on the destination and customs processing. For the most accurate estimates, please check Canada Post or FedEx delivery standards based on your location or country.

Want your eyelash extensions, like, now? We recommend choosing FedEx at checkout and selecting overnight shipping to receive your order within one business day of pickup. For a more affordable option, we recommend Canada Post. Please note, all orders shipped to a PO box will be sent via Canada Post.

Affordable Delivery, Coast to Coast

We are proud to offer our Canadian customers discounted shipping on orders over $300 before taxes. You can calculate your shipping rate after checkout. To receive discounted shipping, customers must apply the SAVEONSHIP discount code. No additional discount codes can be applied to the order.

Our Shipping Policy

It’s important to us that you receive your shipment as quickly as possible, and that your shipment is undamaged. Here’s how we ensure the quality of your shipment.
  • We provide tracking information for all packages via email. Orders over $250 require a direct signature.
  • Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Please ensure you are available in person to receive your package, as we are not responsible for stolen packages. Customers may request to waive the signature. However, LashboxLA Canada will not be responsible for any stolen packages upon delivery or damaged items due to inclement weather if a signature is not required.

We are not responsible for missing packages. However, we will do our best to provide proper information to our shipping provider and assist by opening a missing package investigation. If a claim is closed in your favour, a replacement package will be shipped out to you. Please note that it can take up to 15 days for a missing package investigation to be completed.

No refunds will be issued. If your shipment arrived damaged, proof of damage or defect needs to be sent within 3 days of delivery to initiate a damaged package investigation. Please email our team at info@lashboxlacanada.com to open a claim. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days to process this claim.

Refused & Unclaimed Packages

In the case that a package is refused or unclaimed at the post office and shipped back to LashboxLA Canada, the item will be shipped back, and all shipping expenses will be covered by the customer. No refunds will be issued. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to LashboxLA Canada by the carrier will be billed to the customer as well.

Returns & Exchanges

The health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, LashboxLA Canada does not accept any returns because we cannot restock opened or used returned products. We urge you to open and inspect your package when you receive it and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your shipment. If you wish to exchange an unopened product, please review this policy in full first and then email us at  to discuss the reason for your exchange. Please note that items that are discontinued are FINAL sale.

Our Exchange Policy

All unopened items can be exchanged for an alternate item of equal or lesser value, or for store credit. All exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your package. Otherwise, the sale is FINAL. Items need to be returned first before the exchange is shipped out.

Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 7 days for us to process your exchange or store credit. Exchanged items can be sent out with your next order, as long as we receive the items being returned. Kindly email us at info@lashboxlacanada.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you. Customers returning a product are responsible for ALL shipping fees.

Canceling or Changing an Order

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at info@lashboxlacanada.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request. However, orders for items that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped cannot be canceled.

Please note that we require at least a 30-day notification to cancel a subscription.

Unauthorized Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on cosmetic products like eyelixirs, mascaras, and eyeliners. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense once the shipping invoice has been paid. If there are any unauthorized returns sent back and the return shipping fee isn’t paid within 3 business days, the products will be discarded and LashboxLA Canada will not be held responsible.

Eyelash Extension Training Courses

Eyelash Extension Training Courses can not be refunded. However, we are willing to reschedule the course within 1 YEAR from the course date if a student can not attend.
